Hulk Hogan, Andre The Giant, and Mike Tyson cards ending tonight on EBAY....

It has been a while since some highly graded 1982 Wrestling All Stars Andre The Giant and Hulk Hogan were auctioned off on EBAY.

The cards are starting to move in the last few hours.

There is also a fine example of the 1973 Wrestling Annual Andre The Giant in PSA 8 NM-MT condition.

Hulk Hogan

Andre The Giant

1973 Andre The Giant

The PSA 9 Mint 1986 Panini Mike Tyson is actually the UK Version and is mislabeled in two ways. Both year and version.

Mike Tyson

These should be fun to watch for sure.

I was kind of hoping that Tyson would fly under the radar so I could pick it up cheap. Too late!

Dpeck...this really needs to be in a the BST thread. I am under the impression any cards that are being promoted via the Ebay format need to be in the BST thread, less you feel the wrath of the PSA trolls....

    These are not my cards.

Bobby you took heat because you started a thread pimping your own cards.

The seller is Rick Probstein who is a card consignor. How do we know these cards aren't yours!?!?!?!?!?! In the sake of fairness, we really have to follow the rules.

If DPeck says they are not his, then they are not. He is completely credible with all the kind gestures he has done for board members. He is just excited about cards that he has an interest in. There is nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Another board member clearly was looking to purchase the Tyson. Plus, if you know DPeck he would run his own auction if selling and two he would not be selling Hogan and Andre 1982 All Stars..... he usually buys, buys, buys...........

He can say that aren't his, but how do we know for certain?!?! Probstein is a known card consignor - those card could be ANYBODYS, Dpeck included. Bottom line is, you can't have it both ways boys. Hypocrisy is rampant enough on these boards as it is. If you are touting cards on this thread and they are for sale, the thread really needs to be in BST. That is all I am saying.....

Bobby these are not my cards.

I have started a number of threads over the years on items that are on EBAY that are of interest to me and others. Sometimes those are baseball cards, football cards, boxing cards and of course wrestling cards.

    This is no different.

I don't really get why people get so bent out of shape over posting in the wrong section. I get the point of having those rules... And rules are rules I guess. Bobby is good guy and has done a lot for the board IMO though. He has let me piggy back quite a few of his subs and has opened up group subs to the board many times. I think he should have been given a little slack given the situation he was in.

I would like to suggest that auctions don't get posted until they are over though. If could be really frustrating to a potential bidder if attention is being brought to an auction that they were hoping would fly under the radar.

You can say they aren't, Dpeck can say they aren't, but when they are under the "probstein123" selling blanket, how can one know for certain?? The rules are there for a reason. To give one member a hard time for doing something and then give another member a free pass for doing the exact same thing just isn't right.

    Tyson highlights

Mike Tyson may have had many shortcomings in life but one thing is for sure, he was the most exciting and ferocious fighter of my generation and perhaps ever.

Personally I think it is understandable for a man whose sole job is to destroy his opponents in a violent manner to have issues and he certainly did.

No matter what he did outside of the ring no one can take away his accomplishments as a boxer and in my mind his rookie card should be quite valuable.

The examples are completely different here, Bobby. Dpeck routinely posts links to auctions for cards he finds interesting but are not his. You continue to be your own worst enemy.

    Tyson DVD

There may be other listings that priced better and I did not spend anytime looking but if you want an awesome DVD you have to get a copy of this.

It never gets old watching Tyson crush those dudes.

This chronicles him from an early age and has many great highlights and commentary.

I posted the complete pro boxing record for Tyson below and he was definitely fighting all of the time in the early part of his career.

Jeff the last Tyson PSA 9 that sold on EBAY went for $541.

I thought there was a chance this could go higher.

All of these cards finished pretty strong.

If there wasn't a weird tilt on the reverse - I would have gone much higher. I couldn't tell how bad it was in the scan since it was floating in the slab, but I couldn't go higher. Great pickup for the winner, though - the UK back has become much harder to find.
