Rosen Numismatic Advisory
I'm still a sucker for old school newsletters in general. This is one of my favorites. Anyways, the 2013/14 Crystal Ball Survey- part 1 was just delivered an hour ago to my mailbox.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Maybe Maurice should give a slot to Wondercoin to represent the modern bullion sector.
The RNA still gets credit for the "best prediction ever" when they recommended gold back in the summer of 2002. That interview with Jim Sinclair predicting $1200 gold in the
not too distant future was a great read.
<< <i>I subscribed for a number of years but at some point found the annual surveys to be rather repetitive and not very helpful. But they were always interesting reads.

Too funny as I was reading it I was thinking Wondercoin would be a great addition. Moderns were discussed and I bet you could guess the tilt.
I have never followed any specific series advise as most of the stuff that gets recommended I don't collect or "invest" in. Why in the heck would I want to put together 2c and 3c series? It ain't my thing. However, I like reading what our hobby luminaries have to say in the Crystal Ball Forecast just as a point of reference as far as the pressure points of the industry. Most hobby publications stink so this one is high on the class curve side. I like Maurice and I fell the nominal cost is well worth it. The non annuals surveys (the regular editions) make great plane reading material

MJ, your comment almost caused me to spill a diet Coke on my computer.

I'm sure none of the "collectors" on the US Coin Forum will be interested.
Any subscriber can feel free to pass my name along to M.R. as well as my email address (mjcapc@aol.com). I have never spoken to him personally. I assume the position on modern coins is fairly consistent to this point. I am not sure he would want me to "shake things up" all that much
I have been consulting off and on for the past 18 months with the chief editor of an international newsletter, who writes mainly about the precious metals markets, but touches on numismatics from time to time. Always a good read for me.
