1907 $20 Saint Gaudens Ex High Relief Double Thick (PR69).
Familiar with HR, double thick must be a trial piece or something.

<< <i>Would $25 million buy them all or at least most? >>
my estimate is that $25mil is not even close.
at 107 coins to complete the set at $500k each is $53.5mil.
I think the accurate number if bought all from auction over the past 5 and next 5 years would be closer to 1/5 to 1/4 of a billion.
That is IF all types had 1 example available to the public and IF they all became available over a 10 year period.
More realistically is you'd probably pay out a few million extra to headhunters to track down the coins to ensure you didn't miss the chance to bid on any.
If you won the $500million dollar powerball earning 1% that could net you $5mil a year to buy with and not even touch the principal and that is if they didn't force you to wretch up the tax you owe right away.
Without getting too far off-topic, the worst day to win a big lottery is Dec 31 imo. NO chance to offset what you owe lol. Unless you maybe pull a richard pryor.
Anyone have anything to add while we are fantasizing?

A very quick look and and two stuck right out and haven't been traded in a while - the 1822 $5 and Teddy's Coin. And the MS67 Pewter Continental Dollar that did trade for over $1m is not listed.
