Miswrapped Cellos?

Here is an eBay auction of someone unloading 74 packs of 1987 baseball Cello packs for $17.95 (+$12.95 shipping). But states they are "miswrapped". I know the pack can move around, but the pics seem to look ok. Anyone bought from this seller? Would you trust the description?
