I have a signed application from Jesse "The Body" Ventura and he signed his real name. It's authenticated by JSA. Does anyone know if he actually changed his name to Jesse Ventura, because when he ran for governor he went by Ventura and not Janos. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, that is a cool item as well. One of the challenges of the wrestling all star sets and trying to get a signed set is that I am unsure if the Grand Wizard ever signed his card.

I think he died before they were issued, but I'm not positive. He usually signed T G Wizard. This is the only one that I have ever see him sign his real name.

Rob, I bought a few autos from that seller and they all came back good from PSA, but I did a quick opinion on the Adonis signed card and it came back inconclusive.

Rare auto of Quick Rick McGraw. Not a household name, but he was Andres tag team partner. Died at the age of 30. Superfly probably had a fued goin on with Mr. Saito that night.

I have a 1983 Wrestling All Stars Fred Blassie signed card in a blue flip in the mail right now that I bought from Alan who has been responsible for so many great signed cards hitting the market. Anxious to see it in hand.

Dpeck, I hope PSA does another article on wrestling just to bring a little more awareness. With prices like the Brody selling on ebay, it's just a matter of time before these big auction houses start listing them. The last time I saw Superfly, he was behind the hotel at the Hall of Fame smoking a cigarette and Brutus was runnin his mouth about how much he drank the night before. Are you going for the Andre?

You guys see 1982 Crusher Wrestling All Stars signed card that sold on Ebay. How did that sig look on it. If it got into a PSA/DNA holder wonder what it would bring.

I won this card. The back of the card has an issue that looks like a sticker of some kind was on the card and pulled off. The card itself is sharp.


I am going to send this one in with my batch I have been working on and see what happens.

Used to be a huge wrestling fan back in da day (mid 80's). Used to get backstage at the Spectrum and made a lot of friends with a lot of people. (wrestlers, back then were always looking for rides to the airport) Lot of stories from that era.

Saw this thread and groaned as I thought the early 80's are of wrestling has not aged well. WOW...I was surpirsed, lots of cool stuff you guys have. Stuff I never even thought of. Those contracts are beyond cool as well as the personal letters.


A lot of this stuff has bought back excellent memories.
