WTB PSA graded 1991 Desert Shield HOF/Star cards

Looking to put a few dollars into this set, the ebay market is insane for these cards, there are very few decent auctions, it is all overpriced BIN's.
What I am looking for is psa 8-9 (10 not in the budget) cards of basically anything that isn't considered a common. So mainly HOFers and potential HOF'ers (Bonds, Clemens, Maddux etc). Basically stuff that is actually listed in the SMR online found here.
