Question for all you collectors of shiny new junk cards......

The refractors in the 2009 Topps Chrome basketball set, for which I have a great affinity, are notorious for having 'bleed' marks on them. These marks can range from barely noticable to covering 33% of the card front.

I read somewhere that the refractors in that year's Topps Chrome baseball set also have these 'bleeding' problems.

My question is how badly do you guys think these marks affect the value of the cards? Also have any of you seen any of these graded by PSA? I'm wondering if they would get a PD qualifier or just a lower grade....
