He must have been NARU'd but kept the same boilerplate auction text.
$15 shipping seems a bit high for that lot, even from Israel.

The lack of any feedback or sales, combined with boilerplate text which does make me think he got NARU'd as well, ridiculous shipping, plus it looks too good to be true...pass.

I haven't even looked at the auction! I will address your shipping comment! I quit selling out of the US because the cheappest way you could gaurantee not getting screwed was registered mail which cost more than $15! The bad apples over the pond (and in Canada)are killing it for the honest sellers and buyers!

The smart money steer clear from this idiots - similar to the hundreds selling worn dreck talers in VG conditions as UNC.

SO overseas they see its tolerated in the good old US of A so heck why not in our friendly neighbor in the middle east
