Flat item signatures

Does flat item signatures include cards? Want to get Cal Ripken Jr. to sign a WBTV 1980 card I bought and was wondering if he would do it at a show. Any suggestions would appreciated.

    Considered a small flat. Keep an eye out for Ironclad Authentics Website, sometimes they have a mail-in signing. It's too late to send it in to this one since the signing is tomorrow, but they have them frequently. $150 for a small flat is about right for Ripken.
