When & why did CDN drop the 1997 Impressions of Liberty bid/ask?

Had one of these 3 pc. sets of Proof Silver/Gold/Platinum 1 oz. Eagles come in to the shop. The set is MIA from the CDN.

    I don't think they ever listed it. You just had to add up the three single prices.
