or is everyone going for rcs and autos and gu now?! what the hell happened to the hobby? why do the companies even bother putting commons or inserts in now if everyone only wants gu?

me? no in fact i don't like gu and autos too much... unless they're randolph or something i can trade for randolph or other players i like

as you might guess i collect Zach Randolph. lol
so far, all there's out there of him is rcs/gu/autos cuz he's a rookie, but next year ill still be collectin him

i used to collect AI, and got about 80 cards of him, but now everyone wants go or autos or rcs for a $5 insert and i decided to stop collectin him cuz of that

another AMEN! I've been wondering the same thing. I collect any and all Kobe stuff, weather it's commons, inserts, gu, or ANYTHING! Seems like GU has ruined the hobby, yet helped it in certain ways.
