Aren't Etopps cards supposed to be Pristine?

I just got a 2006 E-topps card back from a recent PSA sub. It was a 9. LOL.....

    These are cool cards. I picked up a Griffey Jr. a while back I will sub eventually.

    No, I took it out. With some of the "rules nazis" at psa, i didn't want the entire order to get delayed for another month because 1 of the cards wasn't in a CS. I thought about leaving it in though.

    Don't they just use the wording, "uncirculated?" If so, that doesn't necessarily mean pristine.
