I win an auction from a seller in Japan this morning. I go to pay around lunch time and get this message....



I haven't a clue? Why is this. He's done several transactions, got feedback yesterday.

I have seen this before. Just a system / network issue. I will go through at some point.

I don't think it's a glich. I was able to pay for another item, but not the one I originally posted here.

Sorry missed the first part saying you won an auction.

Looks like he has a paypal account issue. Or his paypal account and ebay account are not linked. I would notify the seller.
