What is the best way to ship an ebay item to Poland form US and protect myself fully with Paypal? It is worth $350.

I used first class registered mail

check and follow the Paypal conditions for shipping to the "T".
signature required ( the question here is: is the recipients sign needed, Or any at that address?)
but regs may be other in the US than up here at the dark side.
