I have heard stories about the 1981 Donruss baseball wax having interesting distributions. Here's what I got last night when I ripped a box:
DKs - 5 Jack Clark, 4 Righetti, 4 Dravecky, 4 Staub, 2 Al Oliver, Castino, Dwayne Murphy
Rated Rookies - 4 McReynolds, 4 Tony Fernandez, 3 Dion James, 3 Angel Salazar (never saw him and Carlos Zambrano in the same room. Hmm....), Dunbar, Stenhouse
Then I have 1 each of 99 - 127
From 169 thru 290 I have anywhere from 3 to 7 of each card. Nothing beyond 290.
3 of those were Mattinglys. Fairly O/C or fish-eyed, but I won't complain.
Nothing too controversial or glamorous. I just wanted to do my part for this forum. May your 1971s be unrecolored and your borders crisp.
