Scary listing! After looking at the card it is obviously no good. For 7k that's a steal if it was original.

I think there's more and more of this going on- in part because SGC doesn't offer a cert check. I 'won' a 1949 Robin Roberts SGC 96 for something like $1100 a few months ago, and the slab had been cracked open and a counterfeit flip had been printed. The seller refunded me, so I'm OK on that score, but it makes me wonder how much more of this is going on than we might have initially suspected.
