Home Trading Cards & Memorabilia Forum

Just wanted to share some scans of some nice cards I recently had graded. Enjoy.

Hi, Nothing fancy here, nothing too pricey. Just some nice looking cards that I did not pay a lot of money for. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Pulled this Jeter out of a pack I paid $2 for on eBay

Pulled this Jordan out of a $1.00 a pack vending machine at the supermarket. Nice !

A super short print, some people think this refractor card doesn't exist, but it does !! Just try to find one.

Another great card from the 2000 Bowman chrome set, its one of my all time favorite action cards.

Got this out of a $2 bin at the Somerset card show this past summer. Thought it had potential.

I love 10's ! This one is numbered to 100

I've always liked this card from one of my favorite sets.

Another fav from 1972. This card is frequently found off center. Cheap eBay purchase

I also have the black refractor version of this card numbered to 50 in PSA 10. This one is numbered to 100.

Numbered to 100. Rice on the front, Randy Moss (rookie) on the back.

Numbered to 62. Great looking card of one of my favorite Yankees.

This came out of a group of mini's I bought off eBay. If it was centered, it would pricey

A short print from 2008 Heritage. Don't see too many around.

One of three 9's I pulled out of faded, torn rack pack. Being a Yankee fan, I like this one.

    Collecting:
Any unopened Baseball cello and rack packs and boxes from the 1970's and early 1980s.
  • Great cards. The Jeter is awesome. The Alex Smith is something I see as a HUGE sleeper card. Your right, the Mcdougle one of the rarest modern cards produced.
Looking for 1950 Bowman football PSA 7's

Nice variety of stuff. I agree on the Alex Smith. Has huge upside if he gets hot.
  • Great stuff. Love the '75 Dent.

What's the deal with the McDougle? I did a Yahoo search and nothing came up?

Anyone trying to complete a refractor version of 2000 Bowman Chrome Fottball will quickly realize that there are are few cards that are just impossible to find.
The Stockar McDougle card in refractor version is a mystery card, its just never for sale. I was lucky to purchase one when the set first came out. I've had a running search on eBay since 2000 and it has NEVER appeared. I was offered $200.00 for my card recently. You will always see one or two of the rare and pricey #236 Tom Brady refractor for sale but there are four or five other cards in the set that are much much tougher to come by.
