Best and most affordable scanner for BGS slabs

I know it's been discussed before, I can't find thread. What's the best scanner for BGS slabs? My scanner does great with raw cards, okay with psa and BGS are fuzzy. What is the feature needed? CCD instead of CIS?

    I use the Epson V500 for both BGS & PSA and it does very well.

    CCD scanning element is what's needed to scan things with depth.
