I was looking at my 1913 Nicholas II Rouble, checking out recent sales and saw

that a NGC MS65 sold this year for $2,070.00 on Heritage.
I purchased mine a few years back in an old ANACS MS64 holder and was thinking to start bringing my Russian coins over
to PCGS. Link here
But when I saw the price jump for one grade up for nearly 4 times as much maybe I should seriously consider it
I don't plan on selling however I would love to have all my coins at PCGS with Trueviews.
I guess what I am getting at is.........Was the closing price for the NGC MS65 a fluke or that's what they are selling for now?
Also, after looking closely at the grades mine can score a 65 any day of the week IMO
