Topps redemptions waiting times? ( a coin guy asking here)

Hello, just popping over from the coin forum and thought the good people of this forum might be able to answer this question for me- How long does it take for the Topps Redemptions to ship? Why I ask it that its been well over a month since I submitted 2 codes, 1 was for a 2011 St.Louis world series relic and the other a Bryce Harper rookie autograph card autograph - with his naming as Rookie of the year I would like to have this card in hand....Both show up as pending in my account, a local guy said to keep calling them, haven't tried that yet.

So basically you guys take it up the you know what and still play along with the game!. I bought into this as an aside while doing coin/card shows, and so when I think I finally got something good- I get nothing? So who do you contact in the better business bureau or whatever- seems like some kind of fraud/deception then...

It varies greatly in my experience. I've had cards arrive within 2-3 weeks of redemption....and I'm still waiting on cards I redeemed in 2010.
