A Couple of modern British Bronze Newps

I picked up a couple of new Edw. VII pennies in the raw, these are the dealers images since they are better than I can do, these are both upgrades for the existing examples in my penny set.

Very nice indeed. I especially like the colour of the 1903.

    -great design
    -historic
    -not too expensive
-the set 1902-1910 is something that can be done

Yes the color on the 1903 is great! I gave my collection of circulated British Coinage to my daughter. Even most 1d and 1/2d have a nice color and wear well even down to a good grade. She really enjoys the set and they are pretty inexpensive in bulk in good-xf, or I've just been lucky.

I do like te way these tone also, must have been something in the alloy they used during these and the early part of George V's reign. Some of the woodgrain toning is really nice to me.
