Anybody ever buy anything from Rich Altman " Hollywood Collectibles" on ebay?

They have a few baseball autos I may try to pick up but wanted to see if anyone had any experience with them good or bad. They don't have any independent COA's with the items but they look good so I thought I would ask here. From what I could tell the items I am interested in look good. Searched the forum and didn't find any mentions.

My only negative complaint that I have with them is when I purchased a wax box of 92 Pinnacle about this time last year. I opened the box cover and all the packs were in there. I got home and started taking the packs out (hopefully looking for one of those hard to find inserts) and noticed that ALL the packs had been opened with scissors on the top. Enough for someone to either possibly check to see if any cards "stood out" inside the packs or someone could of just slid the cards out, checked them, and slid them back in if no inserts appeared. I was pretty disappointed with that. I meant to call back for a refund but it only cost me about $10 so honestly it was nothing to really make a huge fuss over. Chalked it up as a rookie mistake and now I just check every time on out from there. Maybe they got the box like that from a seller and didn’t check themselves so who knows whose mistake it was but mostly mine for purchasing and not catching it at the store. Live and learn.
I’m sure if I wanted a refund, they would of honored it so I don’t think you should have any issues with them. I’ve continued shopping at their store after that incident.
