Help! I got thrown off ebay!

Long story short: When I started off on ebay two years ago, I was an idiot and didn't take it seriosly and got two non-paying bidders warnings against me. But sice then, I've built a feedback rating of over 180 and been a responsible buyer and seller. Anyways, this guy who refused to give me contact information for an auction is now screwing me over, he left me a non-paying bidder warning so I just got kicked off ebay. Two questions:

is this permanent?

How can I sign up under a new name. What information do I need to amke sure to change so they don't know it's me?

E-mail eBay and forward them the e-mail with original headers showing that he refused to give you contact info. That should get you fixed up.

well i had gotten kicked off recently too, i got 1 non-paying bidder thing like a year ago, and since then i got a 25 rating, and then now i had one guy refuse to except my payment, and another i forgot about. email ebay, tell them ur story, and send along the emails. you will be excepted back most likely.

ps. thanks for posting this, i still gotta send in the emails so i only have the 1 non-paying bidder thing.
