Here's a copy of my most recent reply to Upper Deck. I'm sellin' everthing thanks to these pieces of crap. The joy I've gotten from the hobby has been raped by these SOB's. Everytime I buy a Upper Deck product, it's got issues. I'm sick of it!

Just when I thought your company couldn't screw up anymore, you've out-done yourselves! I complained recently about the extreme delay in my exchange cards and after a week you send me a lame excuse and tell me to be patient. Then I receive my 1st of 3 Ice redemptions. I was happy to see the Upper Deck envelope but when I opened it, I was shocked! I received a worthless # 46 redemption instead of the # 49 I was to receive! Can't wait to see who you'll substitute for my others. I'm quite sure one of your employees will go home with my Pujols auto redemption and I'll receive a Greg 'TheToe" Nash prison signed license plate. Let me make up the excuse for you! " Our order filler must have read the exchange card upside-down". You need to remove the customer service link from your web site because you have none! I've worked in the service industry for over 20 years and I know what customer service is! Maybe you should hire me so I can show you! Better yet, when my lawyer gets through with you, I'll have a seat on your board! I buy, sell, and trade cards on at least 4 different trading sites (ebay, Collector's Universe, Cardboard Dreams, Trader's Retreat, Collector's Empire....etc) There are thousands of members on these sites and I vow that everyone of my fellow collectors will hear about this and the many other ways your company has screwed me! I will never buy another UD product and I'll do my best to make sure no one else I know will either. Expect a call from my lawyer as I have said before, I could hire 10 more with the money I'll save not buying your cardboard toilet paper. Now forward this to someone who cares and spend some money to fix the deficiencies in your company...................Michael T Grinchuk

Oh.. I remember sending my Tony Parker & Trenton Hassell UD Legends redemptions at separate times with $4 for s/h each. My cards came back in a regular envelope and was in top loader (no tape at the top, no penny sleeve). I know they could do better than that with $4.

Never had problems with Topps! Always received them promptly. UD SUX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well if you don't want Upper Deck cards you will miss out on some great stuff man. Yea I know they screwed you up but have you tried calling them and discussing the situation? I had a screw up once and they sent an extra 8 jersey cards and a seal box to me. I thought that was awesome. I have sent in a few cards to be factory replaced and it's gone over a month (still waiting) but I have talked to some customer rep's on the phone and they seem pretty cool. Try talking to some of these guys on the phone (not emails, that crap doesn't work). I'm sure they will have the redemptions on file and and fix the mix up. Out of all the companies I've dealt with, UD has been at the top of the list for me. Topps, on the other hand, drove me insaine! Sending redemptions in regular envelopes that got creased to $hit!

Only jock that's on, is you on Kobe's. And you just mad because I said Iverson is better than Kobe. T-mac is better than Kobe simply because he plays on the same level and has no Shaq to take any pressure off of him. Kobe is OVERRATED. I know you may have your eyes closed fantasizing about Kobe, but open your eyes for a second and see reality. Kobe is nothing without Shaq. Without Shaq, Kobe would never see another Championship game.

You need to open your eyes and see who is the most exciting player of this league! Mcgrady does nothing exciting in a game! Wow a couple basic dunks? He plays in the east man!! Why don't you go watch some tapes on mcgrady vs kobe in all the lakers vs magic games!! KOBE HAS OUTSCORED HIM EVERY DAMN GAME! Not to mention mcgrady scored 3 points with kobe on him!
