Help Me Understand These Grades? 60 Clemente, 72 Staubach

ive only submitted a few times to PSA, so not an expert, here's the poppage on these two:

1 1 20770033 MINIMUM GRADE 1972 TOPPS 200 ROGER STAUBACH Card
2 1 20770034 N8: MISCUT 1960 TOPPS 326 BOB CLEMENTE Card

-- So the Staubach, I asked for "NQ", the sticker on the back says, "Minimum Grade (OC)" . Obviously the card is OC, but i thought if i put no qualifiers I'll just get the downgraded grade, like a 6 instead of 8OC or whatever?

-- on the Clemente, i thought miscut cards where clearly where the centering is like 100/0, i have no idea how this card is miscut. I've owned it since the early 90s and thought it was in fantastic condition. Help me out folks

Clemente has a significant taper on the bottom right as pictured. While the angle of the image is tough to view, it does not appear symmetrical to the top corresponding edge. Miscut applies to cards that are not symmetrical. In some cases, they will be holdered (diamond cuts and significant OC miscuts). Cards like the Clemente are typically rejected with a MISCUT rejection.

Perhaps there was a misunderstanding with regard to the minimum grade and NQ request on the Staubach. Appears to be a solid PSA 6 to my eye.

Check the back of the Clemente. I had a card quite valuable in high grade. Mine was miscut. Front was fine, miscut was on the back.

Resubmit. I had four cards come back as miscut. Resubbed and they ALL graded!

Miscut as a qualifier and miscut as a reason for rejection are two different things.
Miscut as a qualifier means that part of another card is visible or part of the card design inside the border is cut off.
Miscut as a reason for rejection means that the card is not a rectangle - it either comes to non-90 degree angles or one or more sides are curved.

thanks guys for the miscut tips. i think i need to measure the clemente.

*So both of these were submitted through 6 free submissions as part of the renewal package. I didn't get vouchers for either of them, do you get vouchers in these situations normally?

    Thanks!
