    Panels are not allowed in the registy sets unless they were produced that way like hostess panels. 1974 topps stamp panels are hand made variations which could end up in hundreds of different variations this has been discussed a year ago. Psa has been grading them but that it !

    That's news to me. I don't understand PSA's decisions. How were these issued?
