Real or fake: 1878-s Seated half

I vote fake. The date looks somewhat off, and the mint mark area has signs of polishing or other abuse. Plus, the seller types in ALL CAPS AND PRETENDS TO BE CLUELESS ABOUT COINS.

Obvious fake.
Why even try selling something like that without getting it graded???????

SOLD AS IS
I didn't have to look at the coin. The description, if you can call it that, says it's a fake.
How would a non-collector end up with such a coin if it were real? And then offer it up for a fraction of it's true value? 5 min of on-line searching would tell you what this was worth.
I doubt the seller is located in the 48 states. How about China, Russia, or Nigeria?
That was quick response.
Thanks all who played today's game.
