25oz Old Poured Silver Bar by W.G.B.

I have here a nice hunk of metal for sale, a 25oz old poured bar by W.G.B.
I don't have too much info to go on but one source thinks W.G.B.may stand for the "Wenatchee Gold Belt", a well know gold and silver district located in central Washington state, poured in the early seventies.
The ingot looks to me at least to be layer poured to achieve an even ounce.
There is also a serial number on the underside that reads N5 013
The price for the ingot is $885 shipped to your door.
