It's certified by both NGC AND PCGS....one of the rare dual-slabbed coins missing the slabs...I'm sure he had it graded by both companies and then took it out to keep it undisturbed in the cardboard holder

Stated it was certified by NGC in the data (not)..... stated PCGS grade in the heading (not).... looks intentional to me
