What happened to the "Best of" annual icons???

in PSA Set Registry Forum
Just noticed today that all my little "2009", "2010", "2011" and/or "2012" best of registry set icons are no longer showing up!!!

I didn't see any announcement from PSA that these were going away. Anyone have any insight?

    Are they modern sets with less than 100% completion rates? I believe new rules kicked in this year for modern sets. You need 100% completion for an icon....

    all the pre war sets I checked had lost them too. And the HOF sets.
