There are Yahoo Groups out there for just about everything. And YES there is a group for students of the Blacksmith Coppers. It is a group where you must be approved by the group owner, moderator... This happened yesterday and a WHOLE new resource of information and a direct path to the luminaries of the series, names many will recognize as major players in the Colonial coin world. In addition to the message board ( not quite as active as here :-) but very erudite and investigative. The great resource also includes Archive files on all the Major auction sales, research papers, die state analysis, condition census, photo files and MUCH more. I may wear out my Printer!! You know it's unwise to collect coins "blind". Having access to vast compilations of data and research, plus a direct line to the guys who have the great collections is fabulous! ~~,,~~~~~~~~~~~,,,I realize these pieces are not everyone's cup of Tea but if you like "something completely different" and enjoy learning just as much as collecting, Blacksmith Coppers just may be what YOU need to reawaken your coin passion!
