I picked up this 1963 ANACS MS64 PL Breen 4406 (Type B Reverse) quarter this weekend
at the local coin show. Anybody else ever see a slabbed Rev B quarter with Prooflike Surfaces?? TIA Harvey

It is fairly common that these Ty B quarters display semi-PL surfaces. Full PL's are much scarcer.
