Putting Sets Together

How difficult is it to assemble a 1963, 64, 1965 set of the NY Yankees, or whatever year and do dealers sell sets like this?

Sorry if it's a dumb question. Bought a few Mantles and now thinking of putting sets together .

It is not that bad actually. A bit expensive but easy especially if condition does not matter that much. Go to teamsets4u.com and they will tell you every yankee for those years. I have the complete Topps Yankees series from 1953-2012 so far. I am just missing the 1952 Topps high numbers and the 1961 Roger maris all star.

The Rose rookie is part of the 63 Yankees team set. FYI.

The Rose rookie has 3 other players on it and 1 of them is a Yankee

League leader cards and multi player rookie cards are generally part of a complete team set.

Also for some years checklists are included as well (if a player is pictured on it).
