I was going that route or even AU58, depending on whether or not there is some wear on the center of the eagle's feathers. Hard to tell for sure from the pic.

Well, just Love coins, period.
Specifically photographed to show the fine hairline scrach on cheek.
Impossible to see the fine scratch without magnification.

That golden/brownish color does look like a poorly rinsed dip job that has retoned.

Better than a 62 IMO
It's hard to tell what's on the slab and what's on the coin, but the slab shots make the coin look more speckeled or chattery than on the first photos.

Agreed. The first photo is flattering, the whole slab photo is not.
