Difficulty of cracking open a PSA wax pack?

I know it's easy to free a card from a PSA holder. My question is, is it easy to crack out a wax pack? If so, what is the technique? I just won a 1976 wax pack on eBay that looked great in the scan but by the time I got it, the pack got the old gum shard slice.

Get a Dremel, sledge hammer, a 40oz bottle of Rainier beer, and get to work.

So I take it it's a lot tougher than cracking out a card. The seller has a 14 day return policy and has agreed to take the pack back.

I bought a dremel when I first started cracking wax. Honestly. it's more efficient just to use a pair of pliers and screwdriver. Most of the time, it is remarkably easy to crack a pack.

Edit to add: Just work the pliers on the upper side right under the label. Once any sort of crack/hole opens, wedge the screwdriver in and the things snaps right off.
