Anyone know what the typical Heritage sellers premium is?

I don't think that there's a set percentage. It depends on the items, volume and value. I think it is generally decided on a case by case basis. As a rule of thumb you can expect the consignor to receive anywhere from 85-105 percent of the hammer price.

Typically it has been 5% of hammer, but it's been a while since I had a consignment there, and a new premium of 17.5% for buyers is now in place.

If you bought a higher valued coin from there, when you resell it, I believe that there is no commission.

I think my better half might smack me if I gave it away. Even to someone as friendly as you.
