? Monaco 1966 anniversary 10F not in Krause

This 'coin' has cojoined heads of Grace and Rainier on obv. The reverse has X anniversaire marriage along with crown and shield with 10F on either side.
It is in proof.
I can't find it in Krause. Is it a medal ?

The most money I made are on coins I haven't sold.

    They are in the 1983 edition. Krause is notorious for omissions.

    A very nice coin to have. In the 1982 edition it is listed at $200 in proof. Don't know why they would drop it out. Neither my 2006 or 2011 editions have it.

    It is now listed in Krause's Unusual World Coins as X-M1, proof 1000 minted, $120. Also noted as struck at the Paris mint for Spink & Sons of London. (2011 6th edition)
