Impossible to guess the grade based on that pic.

At the very least the piece exhibits AU and quite possibly MS details

Kind of a vaseline effect on that pic. Could be MS66, could be whizzed.

I will grade it MS-66...but as others stated, the photo lends itself to a whizzed look.
