I threw away over 3K cards today from that era. Kept some stars, oddballs, and a few hundred commons to give to my son...pitched the rest.

Yeah, yeah...I could have donated them. But I didnt...

Am awaiting the person who videos the elimination of 3 million 1989 Jose Canseco Donruss cards. THEN and only THEN will I think I got something special from the period.
(donating only allows someone to rid their junk so someone else has to experience the horror)

Cool. Once another 300 Million Cards are thrown away a common could be worth $0.01.
