you can start by blocking buyers with a certain amount of unpaid item strikes within a certain period of time
make sure you file unpaid item claims after 4-5 days if no communication is given
someone reminded me recently of these settings

ebay buyer requirements suggestion/info page
specify in your listings what minimum requirement of feedback one must have before buying with you - may or may not help
you can also block bidders/buyers from locations you do not ship do, including people with non-usa addresses within paypal and ebay.
specify immediate payment for BIN listings with ebay settings
you can use basic pattern recognition from the information provided to restrict the amount of NPB you get
of course you must weigh the benefits. if you sell 1000+ items monthly and get 3-4 NPB and 5 returns, you are doing well imo
.
I haven't (knock on wood) had a non paying bidder in a long long time, and 1 return this year.

only 60 days is bogus. i'd prefer 1-2 years worth as a person may change their settings several times during this period and may end up accidentally blocking a past decent customer and if you can't see past 60 days you may dig your own grave. just occurred to me

userid is: thanh82 (or any username with than or thang in it, it's an asian guy) apparently he's hitting a lot of sellers on eBay, the Trust & Safety rep almost dropped the phone when he pulled up this guy's account and the amount of complaints their were on it. this is a serious case
I would call ebay and voice my suspicion it is the same buyer with new accounts just to harrass you. They will know if it is and shut down his IP from opening ANY accounts with ebay.
added: never mind, your post one minute after mine took care of that!

i'd like to have it either in the open forum or in a PM since I have a few tracking sheets for ebay sellers. thanks

nm i see it at the bottom of your post now. thanks

<< <i>since they all had zero feedback it probably an enemy opening new accounts just to do this to you. Anyone you had bad dealings with recently?
