i think jrich should have won it because he won the dunk contest and MVP of the freshman/sophomore game and i think he did better in games also

I agree with you, but also if you remember Tinsley wasn't to shabby. I think someone other than him(Pau), but I think they were looking at stats more than anyhting.

I think Gasol should have won it. He was hands down the best rookie this year. I do think Battier would have gotten more votes if he would not have played on the same team also. Battier had a great rookie year but since Gasol had an even better rookie year he took some of the limelight away from Battier.

yes lafrentz06 tinsley did do pretty good and hes one of few that made it to the playoffs
