Apparently not. The holders she is looking for (from her photos) have five holes in a straight line. The Capital holder shown by DeliaBug does have five dollar holes, but are arranged in a 2-1-2 pattern. The overall holder is not the same size or shape as her illustrated holders.

Capital Plastics has been purchased by Jaco Plastics, and the new owners are aggressively seeking new markets for their numismatic products. They will custom fabricate any holder you wish for a modest price. I had them custom fabricate a special half dime holder for me, and I am very pleased with the results. If you do not find precisely what you want, an inquiry to Capital Plastics might be in order. The holders you pictured appear to be Capital Plastics holders.
