Blue flip and red flip specials questions

I have a couple of questions.
Can I request "authentic only unless 8, 9, or 10" on the blue flip special?
On the red flip special, can I send a 2000 Multi-Ad Jose A. Pujols along with a bunch more that are pre-1998 (since the special is pre-1998) or will they make me go with the blue flip special or the $20 regular PSA/DNA fee?
On the 2000 Multi-Ad Jose A. Pujols, is there any difference in value between a red flip and a blue flip? I wouldn't think so, but I just prefer the red flip for some reason.
