I'm not a colorized guy, but I might go this issue over the art-deco version...

not that the original should have ever been tampered with!

I love the classic design. I even kind of dig the Isle of Man stuff. And the rocking horse is mind-blowing, in my 'umble opinion.

But leave the cartoons for Saturday morning.

Hyp i like a lot of the stuff you post but that one is far too detailed in a computer designed kind of way, and the colour makes it look a bit naff in an theme park souvenir kind of way.

At least the colourised version is somewhat to scale....ever notice how the two classic versions look like St. George is riding on a "party pony"?
