OT - met some folks I've admired for a LONG time...
Sorry for the vanity post, but I took my son to his first Rush concert last week in Toronto and we werre fortunate enough to have meet and greet passes. My first Rush concert was April 1983...the Signals tour. We have some prime seats for this Friday's show in Buffalo...

I've seen Rush twice - first time was six years ago and I took my then 14-year-old daughter. We had an absolute blast. Saw them again a couple summers ago with our very own thunderdan - as part of the set they played Moving Pictures in its entirety, which was extremely cool.

I briefly wondered the same thing. Peart wears a kofia during performances (although a wikipedia entry says he wears a tubeteika), and the OP seems to be wearing something similar. I took a little closer look at the face and decided it wasn't Peart.

It's cool to see fathers and sons (or daughters) going to Rush shows together!
I never got to see them, but would have loved to. I can't seem to get myself to spend that kind of cash on those tickets.
Saw them in 92 and 2004
Looks like we have a bunch of Rush fans on this board...I'm as die hard as they come
We have 3rd row tickets for the Clockwork Angels tour coming up in November in Anaheim...can't wait!

Neil Peart doesn't do the meet and greets. He "can't pretend a stranger is a long awaited friend"
