Maybe I am a little confused. The Buchanan card you list above is a BIN for $2.50 on eBay with $2.50 for shipping. Do you consider a $2.50 card "more valuable"?

Here are my normal shipping policies BEFORE the free shipping promotion:
Cards with a Beckett book value over $5.00 ship in a bubble mailer with delivery confirmation and I charge $2.50.
Cards with a Beckett book value under $5.00 ship in a plain white envelope and I normally $1.00.
If someone buys 5 cards worth under $5.00 total, I ship in a bubble mailer w/o delivery confirmation and I still charge just $1.00.
