Help with posting pics on this site.

Could someone tell me how to place pics on the message board? Everytime I attempt placing a pic on here I receive a message the picture is to large. How do I fix this? I'm by no means strong with computer skills. Thanks

Find a webhosting site like photobucket.

Photobucket for me, been using it for years.
Great photo editing tools too.

Once you upload your pic(s) to Photobucket then just copy the IMG code and paste here.

Go to photobucket.com and sign yourself up for an account. Upload your photos to photobucket. Once the photos have been saved you will see underneath them an image code - click on it and it will say "copied." You can then paste the code in the message text box here at CU. Any problems keep asking questions...

I had this same problem and apparently so does everyone else who joins. Since the image post here is broken it isn't that someone is unfamiliar with a forum. Could someone just sticky a 'Read Me' post with instructions on how to do this? And perhaps list some of the other 'unique' features, such as the searching issues, etc.

has anyone checked to see if it is in fact broken or that most everyone that tries doesn't understand there is a 50kb size limit?

Not to get too OT here, but with regards to searching, I encounter errors trying to do advance searches while using Firefox. However, Internet Explorer will allow me to do advance searches here without issue. Hope this helps.
