Hard cover, top quality paper, and barely 150 pages. Even though it's not my collecting field, this auction is worth a look at the very least.
This is one catalogue that I will not donate to my local club, or put it in the recycle bins.

The Mercator Collection of Hessen Coins and I wish they were mine Actually they belong to Joachim Schramm or that is what Dirk told me.

There are some lovely pieces in that auction.

What a "fantabulous" collection. I know nothing about this series but its really exciting to look at the coins and how the collection was built. Some interesting runs of coins that I'd like to know a lot more about. Whoever put it together has a great eye.
