Mystery Date Jeffersons from the 60's......Do either of these qualify as Full Steps? Pics Added

Before I disclose the dates, I am seeking opinions on whether either of these qualify as Full Steps.
From the 60's, what do you say, Full Steps?
Ok. Here are the reverse images for both coins.
A few guess already......although they are not 1960, 1961 or 1965 coins. Any other guesses?

Heck no!
Maybe they were full steps before the dies struck their 288,000th coin.

and no on FS

thinking about LDS coins like this i have always thought that what happens is that the Step area of the die has worn at a much slower rate than the rest of the die and when a press adjustment is made to compensate for the die erosion the un-worn step area of the die imparts a crisp strike. i have seen many coins from the mid/late 1950's with a similar look.
<< <i>non-FS for both coins and my guess would be 1968-D or 1968-S.

Keets......you're good. Both are 1968-D coins. Obviously, you have looked at a lot of Jefferson's.
