Questions about a Vermont Colonial

Good evening, everyone:
Below are photos of a Vermont colonial, part of a small lot of coins that I am currently cataloging and assessing for a friend and neighbor here in northwest CT. The coin is of the vermonts variety, and the date is visible with coin in hand: 1785. Since I’ll be handling the dispersal of the lot which includes this coin, and since I know nothing of grading or pricing colonials, I am wondering how you folks with colonial expertise would grade this one and price it fairly for both buyer and seller.
Thank you!
Whit.

If genuine (I think it is, but cannot be absolutely certain based on the photo) I'd call it VF details, but say it would not be gradable due to environmental damage.
As such, it's not an easy coin to value, and if it were mine I would consign it to auction.
